What do we aim to achieve?
Every crisis needs attention! Especially today given the dreadful situation in Ukraine, we want to use our expertise to provide a safe and inspirational space for students and young graduates and allow them to follow up on their plans to build their professional future – with your help and support.
What can we do now for this young generation?
United, we can together offer an internship programme for students and young graduates from Ukraine to enable them to pursue their career ambitions. No matter your company size! No matter your industry! Join our initiative by offering 1 or 2 paid internship positions for at least 3 months to Ukrainian refugee students.
Why should you take part in this?
- Take Action: Combine your business needs with the urgent need of Ukrainian students and young graduates to escape the crisis and continue their education journey.
- Community: “The whole is more than the sum of its parts”. Besides the training on the job, we as a community can deliver activities that have additional impact to the students (peer-coaching, we-feeling, etc.).
- Opportunity: Every internship is a work sample. The students and young graduates get the chance to inspire us with new ideas and insights. This could, intern, be a spark for starting their professional or academic career. This is an opportunity to use the academic break forced by the crisis to get industry experience and make these young talents more employable.
